APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
  • We have a no refund policy and require 24 hours notice for any and all cancellations. Any cancellations and/or no shows with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a $100 cancellation fee unless otherwise stated at the time of booking; If your treatment package is prepaid, a cancellation fee will still apply. This policy is necessary to ensure our team members are still compensated for their time. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. We have set aside a staff member, treatment room, equipment, and time specifically for you. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
  • Please be advised that all our services require a valid credit card to secure an appointment. We 100% guarantee the safety of your credit card information. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, you may choose your preferred method of payment. 
APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVAL
  • If you are late, please contact us and let us know you will be a late. We reserve the rights to cancel and reschedule your appointment if it compromises the following appointment. We allot a specific amount of time or each client. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer complete services for other clients. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.
INFORMATION ABOUT FOLLOW-UPS
  • The follow-up is complementary. However, if there is a “top up” of product needed to optimize the outcome and/or achieve “better” desired results, additional charges will be rendered.
  • All Dysport®/Botox® units for the first and ongoing follow-ups are not complementary and will be billed at the time of service.
PAYMENT, PICKUP, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Skincare & Retail Products: You may return unopened items with the original receipt for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Payment of Online Products: You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Please note that your payment must be received in full by credit card (online payment gateway via Square), cash or eTransfer to Daniela Bobsin Beauty prior to processing the order. 
  • Pickup of Online Products: Those who purchase products online will need to reach out to Amie at info@danielabobsinbeauty.com to arrange a pick-up time.
  • Gift Cards are final sale. No refunds will be issued once the purchase has been made.
  • Results may vary – we do not guarantee results as treatments work differently for everyone.
